General Schedule for your Input

December 30, 2015

As part of the General Schedule Update Project, the Utah State Archives is proposing a new schedule for your consideration. We would like to submit this schedule to the State Records Committee’s January 14th meeting. Remember, there is no designation or classification of general schedules because that needs to be determined by the record series.
The retention states “10 years after final action” to meet new language requirements being put into our system. We’ll have a post on that later. For now, please note ‘final action’ in this context would usually mean adjudication. This schedule would be available for county and municipal entities to use.

    Archive,

I am retiring tomorrow. My replacement is Troy Evans at 526-9637. He has attended the basic archives training. Please delete me from the list.

    Thanks,

    Ron Dunn

    Hi there-

Just checking in to see if UCA Criminal Code 77; Pawnshop 13-32a; and Seized/Forfeiture 24-2 UCA Sections have been reviewed (or possibly others that exist).
I have sent my Police Department an email to see if they have any concerns.
Otherwise, I don’t see an issue with the combination.

    Mr. Dunn,
You are subscribed to the recordskeepers.wordpress.com blog, which send you the email. Please unsubscribe to stop receiving notifications. That said, I cannot find what governmental entity you were with to add Troy Evans to. Which agency are you with?
    Regards,
